You are not required to create a customer account solely to submit an applicable opt-out request.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control, commonly known as GPC, is a browser-based signal that communicates a request to opt out of certain sale or sharing activities.

When Levqoria™ receives a recognized GPC signal, we process it as an opt-out request for the applicable browser and device where required by law.

A GPC signal may not identify your customer account. If you want the request associated with an account, you may also need to use the available privacy form or contact us using the email address connected to that account.

What an Opt-Out Does Not Stop

An opt-out request does not prevent us from processing information needed to:

  • Operate the website and shopping cart

  • Complete checkout and fulfill orders

  • Process payments, returns, and refunds

  • Provide customer assistance

  • Detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Maintain website functionality

  • Comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations

  • Send transactional order communications

You may continue to see advertisements after opting out, but they may be selected without using eligible information from the activities covered by your request.
